Brain Tour

Juan uses Notion to take notes and even for storage since he has the Plus version.

He also uses Onedrive as storage to have access to all his files from other devices.

Inside Juan's 2nd Brain

The method of his choice is PARA.

How would you use your 2nd Brain to plan a trip to Japan?

First, I would create a project called "Trip to Japan" and associate it with an area called "Travel".

Then I would start collecting resources. I would create folders within the project for flights, hotels/Airbnb, places to eat, places to visit, cultural things to know, etc.
As I set dates, bought tickets, and rented a place to stay, I would begin to consolidate information. I might also create an itinerary with checklists for each day, depending on how adventurous I feel. I would probably want to write about my trip, so I would create another resource to store notes or journal entries.

At the end of my visit, I would probably archive the folder so it doesn't take up space in my SB.
