013 - Jiří Benedikt
Jiří Benedikt is an innovation trainer from the Czech Republic and for him it is essential to have an organized digital life with system.
Brain Tour
Jiří uses a combination of PARA and Zettelkasen in the WorkFlowly app.
His 2nd Brain structure starts with "Admin tasks", "Feed" and "Daily pages".
One of the peculiarities of Jiří's 2nd Brain is that he doesn't have a dedicated to-do list app. He keeps his tasks in his "Admin tasks" folder and puts his bigger tasks in his calendar.
The "Feed" folder contains his quick notes that he collects throughout the day, and the "Daily Pages" folder is his journaling folder
The rest is sorted by the PARA method, so Projects, Areas, Resources and Archive.
The Projects folder is divided into "Personal", "Create" and "Client work". As soon as a project is finished, he writes the date and month when he finished it and moves it to Archive.
The Areas folder contains the parts of his life that never end and that he always has to take care of, such as family or creating because he is also a creator.
Another peculiarity of Jiří's 2nd Brain is his Zettelkasten method, which he has included in the Resources folder of his 2nd Brain. This is his own Wikipedia, where he collects everything he consumes, such as books, podcasts, movies, and so on.
